ARTISTIC WORKS
I’m a Canadian theatre and video artist of Argentinian and Italian settler descent living and working in NYC. My performance work has been included in the SummerWorks and Rhubarb festivals for contemporary performance in Toronto, and the Exponential Festival in Brooklyn. I’ve spent a lot of time working in production as a technician and Production Manager, including as an Associate Producer for the 2019 Performa Biennial and as Technical Coordinator at Rooftop Films.
I participated in an intensive course under the late, magnificent Mary Overlie. I’ve collaborated on projects in NYC at JACK, Dixon Place, New Ohio, Target Margin, and Glasshouse, gone on tour with the company Built4Collapse, driven trucks all over NYC and Toronto, delivered wine, washed dishes, moved drywall, field directed a city council campaign, hawked midway games, organized and delivered pallets of groceries at a food pantry, managed industry screenings at TIFF, inflated giant movie screens across the five boroughs, and been an intern at the Wooster Group. In Toronto, I’ve worked with companies Aluna, Crow’s, Obsidian, Nightswimming, ARC, Public Recordings, and at the gloriously dead Videofag. For several years I was employed at The Theatre Center, a vital space and incubator of experimental new work. I’m a member of the Lincoln Center Theater Directors Lab.
I’m interested in new forms of live performance, gathering influences from visual art, non-fiction, and cinema. I live in Brooklyn with my partner of 10 years, love to bike, and have become a very good cook during the pandemic.
